  • Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow, Yuval Noah Harari

  • 21 Lessons for the 21st Century, Yuval Noah Harari

  • Four Thousand Weeks,Oliver Burkeman

Main advice from this book: Make a list of the things you want to do, risk 80%. Those are the things you should try not to do. They are interesting enough to grab your attention but will distract you from the most important ones.

  • The Burnout Society,Byung-Chul Han

  • The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History, Elizabeth Kolbert

Sometimes go in oposition with “indistractable”. Book that originated the documentary.

Relationships:

  • How to Win Friends & Influence People, Dale Carnegie

Amazing chapter on Proto-abusive and Abusive relationships. Knowledge that could spare a lot of suffering.

  • Non-violent comunication, Marshall Rosenberg

  • The Surprising Purpose of Anger: Beyond Anger Management, Marshall Rosenberg

    application of the previous book.

  • Getting to Zero, Jayson Gaddis

I know this coaching thing can be overpromissing and hyped sometimes, I have myself some ceticism on this topic, but this book actually brings great insights, it is inspiring and opens an important dialogue.

  • Complex PTSD, Pete Walker

Best book of the year by far. Worthy of several readings.

  • Unmasking Autism,

  • Pragmatist Guide To Sexuality,Malcolm and Simone Collins

  • Focusing, Eugene T. Gendlin

Very easy and fluid book. Interesting perspective on how much of Psycology tends to be a waste and how much of the ability for healing lies on the patient, not on the therapist. However, the practice of the tecnique is much harder then I thought snd more time consuming then reading the book itself, so unless you have some time and focus to invest in this, do not read.

  • The Noonday Demon: An Atlas of Depression, Andrew Solomon

a deep research on depression but i don’t like all that much, it is a lot of investment for realativelly small gain.

  • On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft, Stephen King

  • What I Talk about When I Talk about Running: A Memoir, Haruki Murakami

Curently reading:

  • Smarter Tomorrow
